ROG Developments was founded by people who started in the construction industry and learned the business from the ground up. Before acquiring and developing sites, we spent years on tools, managing trades, delivering projects and understanding how buildings actually come together.
That experience informs everything we do. We understand construction costs, project timelines and site conditions in a way that a purely financial developer cannot. When we put a number on a feasibility, it reflects reality.
